These terms govern access to, browsing, and use of the website, www.veryssimo.es, owned by Veryssimo Charter, a company specialised in yacht rentals with skipper from Marina Botafoch (Ibiza), offering private routes between Ibiza and Formentera.

Use of this website implies full acceptance of these terms by the user. If you do not agree with any part of this document, we recommend that you do not use our services.

Terms of use :

The user agrees to:

  • Make lawful use of the website and contact forms
  • Not introduce malicious software or attempt to compromise the security of the website
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date and truthful information when requesting a quote or information
  • Not use the images, texts or trademarks on the site without prior authorisation

Veryssimo reserves the right to cancel any request that contains false information or is suspected of fraud.

Reservation and availability :

Boat bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed by email once the quote sent by the Veryssimo team has been accepted.

The price include

  • Rental of the Sealine 35 Sport yacht (39,37ft)
  • Professional skipper service
  • Drinks, snacks, towels and final cleaning

⛽ Fuel is not included and is calculated based on the selected route. The amount will be communicated when the booking is confirmed.

Route modifications :

The published itineraries are for guidance only. The skipper reserves the right to modify the route for safety reasons, weather conditions or maritime traffic. These decisions will always be made in the best interest of the client.

Cancellation policy :

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance: full refund.
  • Cancellations between 72 hours and 7 days in advance : 50% penalty.
  • Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance: no refund, except in cases of certified extreme weather conditions.
  • In the event of rough seas or a maritime safety warning, rescheduling or a full refund will be offered.

Intelectual property :

All the content in the website (texts, images, vídeos, the Veryssimo logo and trade name) are the exclusive property of Veryssimo Charter. Reproduction or use without express authorisation is prohibited.

Data protections :

The processing of users’ personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available on the website. 

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise from the use of the website or the provision of services, the parties expressly submit to the courts of Ibiza (Spain), unless otherwise provided by law.
